1. Paint is purchased separately and billed at the end of the job.  2. Customer picks type of paint to be used and color.  All other material required to complete job will be additional cost added and billed at the end of the job.
3. Voucher covers two coats of paint on the walls only. It is designed for the person that wants a new look, a color change to the room. If the walls or ceiling or trim are need of repair then there are additional costs for those items. This is a rock bottom price and a great deal for those that take advantage of it. Handyman & Contractor Home Services :  General info.  Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions below prior to your appointment.  We will have you sign a statement before we begin work stating that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions set forth below. 


1. All work is completed by background checked, licensed and insured contractors.


2. A job that lasts less then one hour is considered a service call and costs $82.00. You can purchase two hour, three hour, four hour and eight hour vouchers for less atwww.AndersonCMSGeneralStore.com.  These must be purchased in advance and you must call 888-804-3667 and let our customer service input that into your reservation for our services.  Once the job goes past first hour, rates are $75.00 per hour including the first hour. If less then one hour then the charge will be $82.00 for the service call.  

   

If using a voucher it is understood by you, our customer and Anderson CMS llc that after the voucher time expires, this rate will become effective. We will not stop working until the job you asked us to do is complete unless asked to stop by you, our customer. We will add up the time over and beyond what the voucher covered to come up with the price. We break the time down into 15 minute increments.  So for example, if we work from 9am to 2:15pm the total time will be 5.25 hours your billed for.


3. The customer is responsible for removing all breakable items from the work area and adjacent walls such as pictures hanging on the walls in the room and opposite walls.


4. Payment for work completed is expected at the end of the job.For our customers that have us doing multiple projects that last for more then one week, then we will send an invoice by email or  just drop it off in person. Please advise us on if you would like to pay by credit card or by cash, or check so that we can give you the most convenient option.


5. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. There is an additional 2.5% convenience fee added onto the charge if you choose to pay this method. We can then send you an email invoice in which you can pay online via PayPal.  We do have many customers choose this option.


6. You agree to hold Anderson CMS llc , its employees and its sub-contractors harmless from any and all damages or loss that is outside our immediate work area and the exit/entrance path.  This clause is effective unless it does result from an obvious and clear negligence of workmanship directly related to the work we are completing. If you choose to allow us to have access to the house when you are not there, then you also accept responsibility for any missing or lost items. We have customers choose this option when we have extended days of work and this way you don't loose work or have to stop what your doing.  You come home, everything is clean and the work will have progressed or is completed. Anderson CMS llc will take and make every effort to protect and preserve the customers property. Our employees and sub-contractors have all been back ground checked and trained to follow our high Standards of Courtesy and Professionalism.


7.  All communication goes through customer service at the main office, or our construction manager or lead Handyman assigned to your project. Please do not ask assistants or helpers about schedule or details of the job.  Please do not attempt to have our employees or sub-contractors do any side work.  They are not allowed to accept work outside of assigned tasks from Anderson CMS llc. They could lose their job and face other penalties.


8. Our motto: Leave the job cleaner then when we got there.  We will make every effort to keep your property immaculate and if it wasn't before we got there, it will be when we leave.


Detail Fee:   We need to do a detailed measure and assessment to give you accurate pricing. This usually takes about 1 to 2 hours.  We charge $65.00 for the detail to help  cover our expenses for taking our time to give you this info.  You can use the detail however you like once we give it to you, but we would of course love for you to choose Anderson CMS llc to complete your remodeling project. We will reimburse the $65.00 and put it towards the project if you choose Anderson CMS llc.
